Over 350 supporters gathered at Greenwich Country Club for the 10th annual Sole Sisters Luncheon.

"We have come together to raise money for our initiative this year which is helping hard working families in Greenwich," said co-chair Diane Viton.

These organizations include, Family Centers, Neighbor to Neighbor, and the Boys and Girls Club.

"There is a population that is under-served.  It's not true poverty level, it's the hardworking people struggling to live in Fairfield County," said Viton.

Sole Sisters is a United Way program that aims to help people in the community who need it the most while always having a little bit of fun.

"A group of women got together 10 years ago and they want to learn more about their community and find ways to help their community," said Jill Weiner, a co-chair.

The luncheon also included a fashion and accessories boutique and a keynote speech from the Lisa Baird who is the Chief Marketing Officer of the United States Olympic Committee.
