There's Tribeca, Sundance, and new this year is the Greenwich International Film Festival.

"We've seen films from the Netherlands, France, Isreal, Eygyt," said Colleen deVeer, a founder and the Director of Programming of GIFF.

The festival will include galas, professional panels ranging from sports to finance, and of course, films. There will be a total of 25 films on display throughout the weekend.

"Six of them will be short films, both narrative and documentary. And 19 will be both narrative and documentary features," said deVeer.

The Film Festival will be supporting UNICEF's One Minutes Jr. program.

"It is a program that gives children around the world cameras and they make one minute films about what their lives are like," said Wendy Stapleton Reyes, a founder and the Chairman of the Board for GIFF.

The festival will take place from June 4-7 and films will be shown at the Bruce Museum, Bow Tie Cinemas Greenwich, and the Greenwich Library.  Visit:  for more information.
