Here's a look at what made news this week:

The Commuter Action Group asked Metro North commuters to grade the railroad in an online survey and the results averaged out a D+. Although the survey was in no way scientific, it allowed commuters to speak for themselves.

"The largest concern commuters had was that the train is not running on time and the time table is unreliable, that was 88% of all of the respondents."

In Greenwich, the ZAC Foundation kicked off the 4th year of Zac Camps with the Boys and Girls Club. The foundation, which aims to demonstrate that water safety is much more than just learning to swim, was created to continue the legacy of 6-year-old Zachary Archer Cohn who tragically drowned in a drain entrapment in 2007.

"They took something that was tragic and turned it into a positive that's affecting thousands of kids across the country and it's great that they chose to partner with the Boys and Girls Club of Greenwich and Boys and Girls Clubs of America, they're making a difference in a lot of kids lives," said Don Palmer, Program Director at the Boys and Girls Club of Greenwich.

In Norwalk, the After The Bell program is expanding to South Norwalk, opening a new approved location at the South Norwalk Community Center.

"For those children to participate in after school, the schools need to provide transportation for them and that is quite expensive," said Lauren Rosato, Director of Development at the South Norwalk Community Center. "Many times children don't have an after school experience that come from South Norwalk and this would be the first time and it would be a community program."
