It's a boat lovers dream on the Mianus River Saturday as hundreds come out for the annual Greenwich Boat Show.

"Well, we are in the market for a new boat for the summer.  And we are checking out some of the different manufactuers,"said Robin Riley of NYC.

Featuring 13 dealers and 30 boats, it's an event that's become known as the best of its kind in Connecticut.

"Right now we are standing on edgewater 280CX.  It's a cross-over, dual counsel type boat," said dealer Troy Busch of Petzolds.

"It's unheard of no other boat show is like it.  It's free. You can take the boats out.  And it's in beautiful Greenwich, CT," said Karen Piscitelli, marketing manager of the event.

And, this event isn't just for buyers.  It's an opportunity for those who love the sport to share it with others.

"I want to raise my kids on a boat.  Lots of good bonding time with family and sibblings," said dealer CJ Roskay.

"Whether you are out fishing with the guys or it's a family fun day.  Everything about it is empowering memories.  You are creating new memories.  And that's what I feel like this show is," continued Piscitelli.

The boat show will continue Sunday April 13, from 9 am to 4 pm.
