Greenwich High School Senior and Ambassador Girl Scout Christina Brown received her Gold Award early this month by creating a Gluten Free Cookbook to enhance the High School's "Cardinal Cooks' curriculum.
Christina who has been gluten free for several years decided to create the cookbook after taking the high school's cooking class.
In addition to the cookbook, a special area of the high school's cooking classroom has been dedicated for students who are sensitive to gluten.
Christina's troop leader hopes that Christina and the other senior Girl Scouts use the lessons they have learned in the future.
Christina's Gluten Free Cookbook can be found online at theglutenfreecookbook.weebly.com and at the Greenwich Library.
